At NanMe Care, we believe childcare should feel safe, personal, and genuinely supportive for everyone involved.

NanMe Care was created from a genuine love for children and a firsthand understanding of how difficult it can be to find the right childcare match. After moving to a new city where I didn't know many people, I experienced how overwhelming it was to find nanny work in an unfamiliar place. So much of the childcare industry relies on personal connections, and without them, the process can feel stressful, uncertain, and sometimes even unsafe.

Meeting families one by one, attending interviews without knowing whether they would be the right fit, and navigating unfamiliar situations made me realize there had to be a better way. At the same time, I saw the challenges families face. Finding someone to care for your children is a huge decision. Families often spend countless hours reviewing applications, checking references, arranging interviews, and completing background checks, all while balancing work and everyday family life.

That's why I created NanMe Care.

My goal was to make the childcare process easier, safer, and more personal for both families and caregivers. I wanted to create a service where families could feel confident knowing every caregiver has been carefully screened, and where caregivers could feel supported while finding meaningful opportunities with families who truly value them.

Today, NanMe Care offers two services to meet the different needs of families. We provide short-term and occasional childcare, where families can book trusted caregivers through NanMe Care, as well as long-term nanny placements, where we carefully recruit, interview, screen, and match families with a nanny before the family takes over the ongoing employment relationship.

At NanMe Care, we know that childcare is never one-size-fits-all. Every child, every family, and every caregiver is unique. That's why we take the time to understand each family's needs and each caregiver's strengths before making a match. We believe children deserve loving, dependable care, families deserve complete peace of mind, and caregivers deserve opportunities where they can thrive.
