Requirements to Join The Team

To ensure the highest standard of care and safety for families, all caregivers must:

Have previous childcare experience
Successfully complete NanMe Care's interview and screening process
Pass a Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Check
Hold a valid CPR & First Aid certification (or obtain one before beginning work, if required)
Provide multiple childcare references, which will be verified
Complete a driving record check if driving is part of the role
Demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children
Meet any additional requirements discussed during the interview and screening process

First Aid & CPR Certification + Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector

First Aid & CPR Certification and a Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Check are strongly preferred. However, if you meet all of our other requirements, we still encourage you to apply. At NanMe Care, we are happy to guide and support the right candidates in obtaining the certifications and background checks required to join our caregiver network.
